Remarks by the Director General [del Banco de Comercio] at a Meeting with participants of the Proposed Top Management Program

Thank you for coming to this meeting today. Its purpose is to describe to you the top management training program which is now being developed with the assistance of Cresap, McCormick and Puget. I should really say ‘the management training program which is being developed by you’, since in designing the program to this stage, the consultants talked with as many of you as possible and benefited from your views about the type of program you feel is necessary for Banco de Comercio.
